Excellent customer service! Dylan responded promptly to my request to repair a dental chair. He picked it up and had it repaired and returned the very same day. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with this upholstery shop from start to finish. Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options before beginning the work. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations—my furniture looks brand new, with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. The project was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for professional upholstery services with outstanding quality and reliable service, I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be returning for future projects.

Very nice work! Totally gave my wrecked bar stool a new life! The old cheap vinyl replaced with a much higher quality material. He added extra padding too. The before and after says it all.

Sergio is very personable and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why. The outcome of my project was excellent and the price very reasonable. He re-did my dining room chairs and an office chair. Once he removed the old material, he felt the office chair cushion should be replaced. And he did it at no extra charge. I plan to use Sardo's again in the future and will definitely refer friends and family to this establishment without any hesitation.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. So very disappointed with their service. Having a business in town I know how important it is to do a good job at a fair price and do it well. I also stand behind my work 100%. Not so with Sardo's. We had them make some cushions for a bench and chairs. The bench cushions were not made as we discussed. it was only after they were delivered that he notes, "sorry we can't make them like that, I don't have the Machine" Not sure why they could not tell us that before they made it wrong. In addition the angles at the corners were not mitered leaving a gap where they meet. Amazing to me that he can have such attitude and not even attempt to work on the situation. The seat cushions just as bad. We asked for a cushion that was 3" in height. He told us not a problem. Once they arrive the clients complained they were too tall. So we measured, 4.25" When we asked about this he said "You asked for 3" foam".... No we did not, we asked for a 3" cushion. He refused to remake any of it, noting he made them as they were supposed to be. CLEARLY he does not do good Custom work. If all you need is a plain square or rectangle with no detail, Sardos your g
